McCORMICK CONTINUES TO RISE WITH THE RELEASE OF THE NAEDA DEALER-MANUFACTURER RELATIONS SURVEY RESULTS FOR 2015

Duluth, GA, April 15, 2015 – In 2014, McCormick had the honor of receiving the 2014 Most Improved award from the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) for responses to its annual dealership survey.  As the results for the 2015 survey were released, McCormick hoped for a continued climb in the feedback from dealer.

And, the results were not disappointing!  For a second year in a row, McCormick continued to climb in its ratings for dealer satisfaction with nearly a 4% increase over the numbers from 2014.

Among its major competitors, McCormick scored very well, outpacing the likes of Case IH, New Holland, and Versatile in the Overall Satisfaction category.  As a matter of fact, only 3 of the 6 major agricultural tractor manufacturers that participated scored above 5 in the category (see graphics below).
