August 15, 2016 – The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) for North America released the results of its annual Dealer-Manufacturer Relations survey earlier this summer. EDA has been performing the survey since 2013, and the published results are based on dealer responses to 12 key categories of operation and support from manufacturers. In a study of the overall survey results since 2013, McCormick prevailed as the most improved OEM manufacturer.
In their August issue, the publication Ag Equipment Intelligence released a study showing the overall change in score for many of the major equipment manufacturers since the Dealer-Manufacturer Relations survey began. Since 2013, McCormick has achieved an overall score increased of 14% (the survey results are based on a points scale from 1 to 7). McCormick’s increase is the greatest improvement of any other participating OEM, and is 12 percentage points higher than the total average improvement of only 2% for “engine powered” equipment manufacturers.
